Trash Removal
Residents of The Pinecrest take great pride in our community. To maintain our community free of litter, unsightliness and unwanted pests, all residents must faithfully abide by the PCA trash policy. Violations of the Pinecrest Community Association (PCA) trash policy will result in a warning letter. Continuing violations will lead to a board hearing and possible assessment of charges. Click here to review the PCA trash policy.
The PCA contracts with Trash Away for trash and recycling removal. Please review the information below regarding requirements and pick-up dates/times. For more information or questions, please contact Trash Away at (703) 339-4560.

Trash is collected Monday and Thursday mornings. All Residents (single family homes, townhouses, and condos) should put trash out in solid containers or heavy duty green or black plastic bags no later than 8:00 AM the morning of pick-up. The PCA contract covers only certain large items. White metal goods and construction debris require residents to contact Trash Away for a special pick-up.
